my three night stay The staff was friendly. The suite was clean and comfy. The continental breakfast was just a few granola bars. The coffee containers were always empty by 8am. There were no drinking glasses in the room, and no toilet paper. When I asked for TP I received half a roll only. The kitchen counter top was cracked and sloppily cemented back together. There were no cooking and eating utensils. You had to ask for everything. There were two TVs but only one remote. When I inquired at the desk the response was. "The ... read more

The overall hotel was clean however very minimal. I was missing everything including cups plates etc. I had to ask them from the front desk the next day. I rented a king studio bad that received two full-size beds that were not very comfortable

Spacious room The room was accommodating. The hotel was nice and quiet. Overall, it was a good stay.

Good Stay I have never stayed at an Extended Safe before. So just to let you know that they don't have house cleaning but once a week. Which means, you have to ask for clean towels and wash cloths and bring your soiled ones to front counter. Also, they don't have a complimentary breakfast, it's s a grab and go. They forgot to tell us that at check in. Other, than that the overall stay was great.

We were glad to have the big size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, kitchen area. It was nice to have the exercise room with the tread mill and exercise bike.

You'll never be lonely The room was okay. a/c did not work well. and the room had huge cockroaches or water bugs. I was going to take a picture but one of them stole my phone. They also threatened my family if I called management

VIP service without the VIP pricing My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The moment I arrived I was treated like a VIP guest and was provided a wonderful customer service experience. The room I stayed in was very nice and I honestly felt as comfortable as I would've in my own home. I would definitely recommend this location and will be returning the next time I visit Texas
