I wouldn't pick here again People rude as freak and bed hard as hell hurt to sleep

Found drugs in the hotel room. What a night mare. Especially when you’re in recovery. Couldn’t get towels for 2 days. No maid service since we’ve been here. Asked for shampoo and soap on day 2 also, no go. Had to go to front desk. They don’t pick up trash at all. I left it in the hall. Still there since yesterday. Good enough price but WOW! Wouldn’t stay here again -only stayed now because of water damage in my home- needed a place fast. Prices are high unless you use Expedia or the like.

The hotel advertising as a smoke free facility but that's not the case. The hallways smell of cigarettes and my room smelled even worse of cigarettes. Would not recommend and definitely will not be staying there again.

We are sistersmeeting at the hotel, and my sister arrived earlier than i, room was reserved held with credit card. They would not allow her access. So she had to wait in her car. Second the hall way on the second floor smelled of smoke which must have come from our room which reeked. Later i found the source of smell cigars and cigarette butts in a plastic bag in the jitched cupboard. So much for 104 smoke free rooms. We thought we could handle it. Staff is wonderful, as for the property and cooperation goes. It's a very good example for competitors to not run their business into the dirt, like this company has done. I highly recommend this property be called into question for the horrible living conditions of the rooms ,to the extent it can be a condemned building if board of health took a tour.

First the staff refused to honor my Expedia reservation despite showing them our confirmation. Then they became rude, loud cursing at us and generally abusive. Finally when we told them we would be reporting to hotel home office and asking them to review the lobby recording, the desk attendant went to the back office, likely in order to erase the film. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have had in my entire life.

Bedbugs It seemed fairly clean but on the second day my employee woke up with bites. Found bedbugs and moved to another hotel.
