I have booked 2 bed but got single bed . Expedia didn’t communicate to hotel properly

Get what you pay for Had a good price deceided to try this place. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Refrigerator kept making a clicking sound everytime it would kick on. Our room was also by an exit, didn't realize how many people use stairs, so that door kept slamming. Not a quiet relaxing night, wouldn't stay again.

There was a cockroach in our bathroom and bugs on the window sill. The room smelled bad. When we switched rooms the room across from us had a dog barking non-stop.

The bathroom was nice. Dudnt like the radiator making extra noise. Front desk service was horrible. If room wasnt already reserved i would had left. Breakfast consist of nutrigram bars, muffins and coffee. That is not acceptable breakfast as suggested.

There was never anyone at the front desk when we needed something - she was always in the back talking on her phone (we could hear her from the front). We had trouble with ants in our room. Continental breakfast is just a few pre-wrapped muffins or Special-K bars. When we left, they had run out of coffee in all three of their dispensers. Said we could wait another 10-15 minutes and they would make more. Apparently, no one was paying attention to it in the first place.

Better in photos than in-person Hotel looks a lot better in photos than in-person. The hotel room was outdated and the kitchen area was super outdated. The fridge fan/ motor was going and was SUPER loud! The top of the kitchen stove was dingiest and had stuff burnt on the top burners. The bed wasn’t that comfortable, the blankets were very old, light blanket and comforter and the pillows were super cheap polyester fill. I didn’t get much sleep that night since I’m a light sleeper and the fridge kept turning on and off.
