DO NOT BOOK AT EXTENDED STAY AMERICA!!! Joined our family friends for a night out in North Dayton. Went out to Scene 75, Longhorn and Hooters. The food, drinks and overall experiences were great for those places, so we decided to book a stay at Extended Stay America. When we arrived, they did not have a room with two beds as I booked it. They offered two studio rooms after we complained, but it was difficult with young children.

So we arrived to check in the day front desk clerk was rude disrespectful and tried to refuse us our room rental, we were downgraded from a king to a queen room and the people next door were fighting in the hallway almost every night we were there! I would not stay here again

Booked this hotel thru Expedia well in advance. Arrived on check in day and was told they had no room available for us. They overbooked the hotel. When asked if we could at least use restroom, they turned us away saying it was for guests only. I was also charge for the room 5 days before. Working with my credit card company to get monies returned.
