No hot water We found the overall cleanliness to be lacking, and were without hot water on our last day, and without warning despite the issue already being known. We would have booked elsewhere. Not pleased with the general run down condition of this former apartment building.....

crap Room smelled and wasn't very clean or comfortable. The pullout couch was old and ripped and I wouldn't even want my dog sleeping on the piss covered mattress that came inside of it. I thought because it was on the good side of town I might be ok, boy was I wrong.

Smelled of smoke and animals. Sink didn’t drain, no trash cans, holes in the walls. Just gross

Not recommended stay Air conditioner did not work well, set to 60 it pnly cooled to mid 70's. Sink stop did not work, sonl drain leaked into cupboard underneath. Front desk not to willing to help. Not much food selection other than plain oatmeal. So not what was expected.

Weekend in Dayton Definitely an older hotel, outside 'security' doors did not close tight to lock, and if pulled shut - room key did not work well in opening them. Entered room, while I want to believe the bedding had 'clean' stains - it was dirty/stained none the less. In bathroom, there was a dirty towel left hanging on the back of the door. Showed up the property after a nine hour drive across state lines and was turned away due to overbooking. The front desk girl said she’s been turning people away all day, but somehow we were not notified at all.

Room door baseboard was broke and door did not close. You could gain access without a key and when told this to a manager nothing was done. There was cat litter from a previous stay still in the room and again nothing done.

So I don't want to be too harsh, but this is not worth $100 USD for a stay. I was desperate as I had pulled off the hiway in torrential rain, and bc of a world final color guard competition, all rooms around town were booked solid. It was my first clue. Although the room was probably as clean as it could be, it was a quick in and out for me.
