Early check in fee, after booking an extension. Of all the times I have stayed in this hotel, I have never been disappointed until today. I extended my reservation for another day due to unexpected military stay and after leaving for work in the morning and coming back at 1300 hours, I waa not allowed to go back to my room unless I pay an early check in fee. The room was very dirty and dusty. There was hair everywhere in the room. Even under the sheets of the bed. I would not ever recommend to anyone especially with kids. Not even properly breakfast. So disappointed!
