This is the worst property i have ever booked. It was so worst that i had to change my stay to other property

I don’t recommend staying here at all, i come in and the microwave was broken, the toilet wasn’t flushing and the bath tub was flooded.. i tried to talk to the girl down stairs she gave me a nasty attitude, elevator was broken. online it said they had free breakfast and there was no breakfast at all because she said there wasn’t enough, check out time was 11 , online it said 12 and maintenance was banging on my door at like 10am .. it was a bad experience and if i could get a refund i would totally take it bc i didn’t sleep ... read more

Terrible service!! Check in was TERRIBLE! A sign saying “back in 10 mins” and we waited 17 mins until a woman finally responded to our calling out for someone. She never greeted us, just asked for a name and told us our room #. And the $$ didn’t match what was on my hotels.com receipt. 😣

There was no breakfast available despite being advertised, no coffee- only instant decaf

The bathroom shower was dirty with used towels and the bath soap was still in the shower. The front desk person wasn't there when we arrived so we had to wait with other guests to be check in.
