Total B.S. Got to the hotel after a 7 plus hour drive and there was not a room at the hotel for us. We were not notified by hotels. com nor the hotel that our reservation had been cancelled.

Bad costumer services, bad odor in the room, not pillows and blankets, poor amenities

Pulled into parking lot and there were people outside of entrance yelling/arguing and I believe one was an employee. (Green/white) polo shirt. Honestly I was afraid to get out of car. Continued for 20 min. Hotel will not refund money. Needless to say I found another hotel that night.

I didn't like the room they are very outdated and unclean.

Stay away If you like staff that don’t answer the phones and who have terrible customer service with a hint of ambivalence than this place if for you. The lovely extended stay also had dirty sheets dirty shower curtains cracked tv screens terrible smelling hallways and the cherry on top…ROACHES! This place truly has it all!
