Even though we had a late night check in, the receptionist was very slow to get to the door even after calling the desk. The room was very shabby and had no sheets at all. We had to get the sheets from the front desk and lay it ourselves. They claim to have breakfast but they just have muffins and coffee.

A poor example of a formerly proud chain. Because of my previous positive experiences at other ESA properties, I was looking forward to my stay here. My experience was absolutely not what I expected. There were no dishes, utensils or even a glass for water. The place did not even have dish soap so I could clean my travel cup. At least I brought that with me. The staff are amazing. Good people. What i didn't like is.I was charged 100.00 for a cancelation fee that i had already canceled at the hotel. Shouldn't be charge for something that was out of my hands. Again the staff there do an excellent job of customer service..

This place was dirty. When we brought this to the front desk reception’s attention, they laughed at our face, saying they knew about it. It was frustrated to just hear that.
