Dirty rooms,bathroom door had a dent in it,and it took hours tio get someone to the office,this place is a dam joke,and a waste of money!rude staff claimed they sent someone to office hours ago,and still no call or sign of them!

Awful... My stay was absolutely horrific! The front desk woman was extremely rude and hateful. We ended up checking out less than an hour after check in to find out the front desk had already checked us out herself. Her explanation was that she assumed we no longer wanted to stay. We asked to have corporate's contact information and she refused. We ended up being stiffed out of over $400 because they refused to refund us. Also, they claim to be smoke free, but 3 out of 4 floors were full of cigarette smoke and odor. Horrible... read more

Get hustled Issued me a room that was occupied so me and my child walked in on someone doing unsavory things potentially putting my child and myself in danger. Then once given a different room, my credit card statement shows i was charged for two rooms, one being way higher than shown on my booking site. I've tried speaking with managment twice to no avail. Im told someone will get back to me which never has happened. Im left having to dispute the charges with my card company. Do not stay at this place! Period!

Unpleasant unbearable experience It was one of the most horrifying experience I have had in a while. The only thing that was good with the experience was that I didn’t get bug bites. The ceiling exhaust fan in the toilet was full of dust and the blinds on the only window was just as bad. The hallway was full of dog poops and the smell was just unbearable. Some day the whole hallway could be full blown of activities until 2:00 in the morning. I could see why they collected money upfront. If they didn’t do that I’d have change... read more

First room we were given had no towels, washclothes or soap. Kitchenette had nothing but empty drawers. Toilet didn't flush so we were given a second room. Second room had no blankets on the bed. Moved to a third room which met our expectations. We arrived by 7:00 p.m. And the front desk window was closed. Each time we needed to call about something we were directed to return to the front desk where we needed to wait for the only employee to come back to the desk before assisting us. Would never stay here again.

No service but plenty of dirt. No front desk available at check in. Had to wait 20 minutes to get my room. That room was dirty. Hair on bed sheets and what looked like mouse droppings on a shelf. The heater didn’t work and there was no remote to operate the TV.
