I have been using Expedia for years. This is the first time I have ever been disappointed. I would not recommend this place. Bad area, smelly, dirty, unprofessional staff. Way over priced. Don't stay here.

My daughter hit a high spot on the handicap ramp with her wheelchair flipped it over and smashed her head on concrete, staff just gave us a card to call someone else to complain to😡 never going back !!!!!

The floor was extremely sticky and like waxy. The room looked like it had never been dusted or vacuumed. The towels had stains on them and I felt extremely uncomfortable. I didn’t want to bother the lady at the front desk since I checked in after hours but I wanted to leave as soon as I saw the room. Very upset.

Nothing at all, front of hotel and in the lobby was dirty. Staff was never available half the time. Staff at night was very unprofessional no good customer service. The hotel smelled like weed and filth.

Said no smoking, still smelled cigarette smoke in hallways. No shower curtain provided. Floors in room were not sanitary. Restroom had a strong urine odor. front desk was very rarely available. Make you pay for every service. Not even sure they completely cleaned after the previous guest
