The room provided to me had a faulty air conditioning unit that was incredibly loud. I would not have been able to sleep during the night if I stayed in the room. I spoke with the front desk worker who said they did not have any other rooms. He said I would be reimbursed if I chose another hotel, due to the problem with the AC. I requested to have the refund and asked for a receipt for the refund, but the worker said he wasn't able to print a receipt and process it then. This was the worst motel I have ever stayed at. The staff was unfriendly. The place was filthy and in disrepair. We requested two queen beds, one was completely missing a headboard and we pulled back the sheets on the other and sheets hadnt been changed from previous customers. Disgusting!!!

The room had cat poop from the previous people. There was bits of litter on the shelf and floor. There were crumbs in the bed. Every surface of the room was dirty and disgusting. Literally every single surface. I took one of the rags and wiped 2 chairs down, and it was brown from only 2 chairs. The fridge was not plugged in, and the freezer smelled terrible. We couldnt store our food. Only one of the outlets worked for charging. Overall, this place was disgusting. 0/10 do not recommend.

YouGuysSuck Front desk team sucks beyond mention. If your traveling, plan to get there before they "close" or oh well. Won't set keys for correct length of stay. Front desk will look at you with hate and will struggle to do basics of job. Also had to wait 30 minutes for one guy to check in one man. Avoid if you need your trip to go well.

Nothing it was suppose to be an extended stay with cleam linens and kitchen utensil but got neither or my room cleaned for a week... i would prefer a partial or full refund actually.. The place smelled as dog poo... awful!

Unchanged deets, holes in walls, gross odor, no shower curtain, yellow stained bed, etc. no one is staffed at the desk at night. Not staying here again.
