Not safe, not clean Check-in was fast. When I got to my room it was not clean at all. Very dusty, floors, sink dirty, disposable gloves left on top of night stand. Toilet was clogged. So I went downstairs to request a different room. People at front desk were nowhere to be found. I waited 30 minutes and nothing. So I left the hotel for a couple of hours and when I came back someone finally was able to help me. They got me a new room. However, it was not any cleaner than the other one. You get what you pay for You get what you pay for. - no house keeping service. If you want fresh towels or sheets you have to do it yourself - no garbage service. You have to take your own trash to the dumpster and get new garbage liners from the front desk - my room reeked of cigarette smoke so bad I had to go buy Febreeeze - the towels and wash clothes reeked - the wash clothes had black stains on them - there was hair all over the bathroom and shower from the previous guest - the mattress cover had some mysterious red sta... read more

Cheap, and feels like it. WoodSpring spared every expense in building this hotel. There is no carpet in the hotel, not in guest rooms nor in hallways, making it extremely loud. There are no lamps in the rooms, just overhead lights, and there are no blackout curtains, but rather blinds. The bed was on a cheap metal frame that moved every time I got up/down. Oh, and they provide a kitchen, but you have to pay extra for kitchenware.

I booked and paid for this hotel through the app, but when I arrived there was no one at the front desk and already a line. I had to call corporate to get someone to the front desk to check us in, and after 15 minutes the attendant said they did not have room for me or the other person waiting (even though we had both booked and paid). No help was offered, she said "take it up with the website" and left.

I arrived from New York to denver at 11pm which my body thought was 1am my time only to be told my reservation doesn't exists yet i made it 2 weeks in advanced dont ever stay here horrible custom service. Also to be greated by other guest that say customers service is garbage and every thing is done by the phone in a very cramped one lane entrance no night time desk attendant. Place was GARBAGE!!!!
