No pudimos dormir tranquilos fue preucupante, Uno de los cuartos la tele estaba quebrada en el otro no avía control de la tele, la persona de resección nos comentó que hubo pleito entre otros huéspedes, antes de que llegáramos abia mucho ruido en las otras acotaciones, no dormimos bien 😩

Terrible smell Place smells like wet dogs. Cleaner didn’t clean the room after last person. More like glanced around and made the bed. Stains on blanket old food left in the fridge Super dusty Front desk guy was cool

No one available for me for check in (didn'tcheck in until 4pm), microwave kept blowing out, no one ever came to at least take out garbage, no coffee available even though other hotels offer it, no night staff, I got overcharged for $424 even thogh I booked for $410 and Fri March 26th I got charge $7.58...for what?? No one has called me back about my previous complaint. I want these issues resolved. I did not extend my stay due to all this!

Got to the property and no one was there to check us in. We called 4 times and they kept saying they would send someone down but no one came for almost 2 hours.

Dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. Arrived at 11:00 Pm and had to wait 15 mins to have someone open the door to even check in. No coffee maker, no cups, door on kitchenette fell off with one touch. What a dump.

Late check in requires a call to corporate, which I wouldn’t mind, if it weren’t a complete joke. The attendant sits behind a thin wooden partition & can totally hear when people arrive. The ENTIRE facility is filthy - like frat house post-apocalyptic kegger filthy. The parking lot was covered in broken glass & trash bc no one emptied the bin. Inside, the floors, walls, & glass are all smeared with heaven only knows what filth. There is literally trash & spilled liquid in the lobby, on the counters, the hallways, & the eleva... read more
