WORST hotel experience I've ever had. Unfortunately, it was a horrendous experience upon check-in. Time line as follows: 1) Check-in 6pm (after a 13 hour drive from Utah) There were no towels or sheets for the fold out couch. When we requested both, we were told they would be up shortly. My mother went to retrieve towels and sheets at 9pm as no one came. Roaches The hotel seemed good until we pulled out the hidabed and there was dead roaches in it.

Just, terrible I booked through Expedia, and paid for one king bed. I had driven five hours to Denver to pick my family up from the airport, and after all of us traveling all day, we arrived at the hotel, met by an incompetent front desk person who informed us that she, "didn't know what happened, but all of their king rooms were booked." We settled for a room with two double beds, went in the room, and it was disgusting. Trash, sunflower seeds, a hat, dust, dirt, and hair, to name a few things were all over the room. Don't stay here!! This is a terrible hotel. Although it advertises non-smoking, the rooms have clearly been smoked in by the many long-stay guests. My room smelled so bad I could hardly stand it. But there were no rooms available in the entire Denver area! All in all, a very sub-standard hotel.
needs to organize their stuff. They make me walk around the hotel opening door by door to see if room was clean. I never seen this before . even one room was occupied . everything is old and duty. bed smells really bad . we was on a hurry other wise we try to find even a midnight another hotel .

Disgusting. Unsafe. Waiting for my money back for tye night I did NOT stay there on June 25
It served it's purpose. I'm thankful we only stayed one night. Wasn't worth what we paid. Not the worst hotel but certainly far from the best.
Don't do it!!!!! Booked online at hotels.com- got email confirmation that reservation was guaranteed and payed for. However when we arrived at 10:30 PM, we were unapologetically told they had no room for us, sorry bout your luck. The girl at the desk was very rude and I had to practically fight with her to get her to give me in writing that they were turning us away. Then we had to find another room late at night. Lobby is full of crack heads too
