Family Vacation We arrived at the hotel very excited for vacation as a family of seven. We reserved a room and arrived to find some alarming conditions (broken dresser, broken bathroom light toilet lid and door knob, and a kitchen frodge with no shelving. Although we proceed and were comfortable we didnt feel that the hotel took pride in the rooms appearance as we found dust all over the room.

Can't believe I actually had to pay for that. Staff was great!. She was extremely nice, not only in helping me, but in helping the couple before me (as it seemed there was some issue). She spoke very respectfully throughout the whole thing. The actual facility was run-down, trash, horrible (sorry for such harsh words, but that's how to accurately describe it. Somewhat acceptable They don't clean everyday. Gave my sister & her friends a bad room on her wedding eve & day.

Dirty & no remorse I first noticed the fixtures in the room were all missing the glass globes. We immediately found a used Kleenex in the closet. We sat and recovered from our trip and went about our business for the evening. When we returned, we noticed the holes in the walls. We ended the night discussing how it wasn't bad enough to move rooms, (doubting any other option would be better at this point). Not recommended. The location is okay as it is mixed crowds. It is convenient and easy access freeway. However, the hotel was dirty. Lobby, hallway, stair case were full of trash, empty water and beer bottles. The clean staff never got around to clean either of our rooms for 3 days. When asked, the front desk clerk offering us a vacuum. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable as lack of firmness and support. Have to ask for dishes and pots and carry it ourselves to the room. Hotel is ok. Stayed there 3/10/17- 3/12/17. Checkin was ok. Karen is nice. I went to my room to see where it was & then left. When I got back later that night I noticed hair was in the bathroom sink from a man shaving, & when I pulled back the sheets it looked like someone just got out the bed.
