A burner on the stove was broken. The TV did not have 1 clear channel. The remote was filthy and didn't work properly.
Dirty and Rundown Stayed three days and prayed every night my car would still be there in the morning.

Dirty hotel !! Fixtures in bathroom coming away from sink, hair around counter tops, hair in washcloths. Just to name a few. Filthy hotel. For a newer hotel it was dirty and unkept and under staffed. Dirty Floor in lobby and in room- smelled of food and not cleanliness. Hated it.
Extremely dirty and unprofessional staff 1. Sink clogged and filthy upon arrival 2. Bath tube was dirty as well 3. Toilet was broken and no one available to fix 4. When engaging staff for assistance, they produced a laundry list of excuses instead of providing assistance. 5. Appropriate room that I reserved was not available 6. Adequate bedding not available

El peor hotel me dejaron sin habitación Me dejaron sin habitacion y ellos me alegaron que Expedia eran los responsables ya que me vendieron la habitación y cobraron la misma sin haber habitacion en dicho hotel
Hospitality could be better, pool closed told for rest of season. Smell of marijuana in halls, found bed bug late that evening.
selected this hotel due to a pool and had 1/2 day to be able to relax and swim but after checked in found out that pool was closed due to repairs. very disappointing.

Where we're going, we don't need bathroom doors.. After waiting 20 minutes in the clean lobby to check in (granted it was after 11pm) and then watching the clerk crawl over the front desk to access our reservation, I knew it would be an exciting stay for a young couple at the start of their vacation. Since our reserved room had been taken, we were given an upgrade with a bigger bed!
