Living area very spacious and comfortable. The Continental Breakfast was nice. Very convenient highways and restaurants were easy to get to. The cleanliness was a a little questionable. The elevator was not sweep, the counter top areas were not cleaned very well in the room and the remote to the T.V. was very dirty (gross), wiped it off before I used it.

Some staff extremely rude

This hotel needs work. Not a bad place to stay if everything else is booked but I would not make it my first choice. Rooms are only cleaned once every 7 days and the first room they set me up with was not cleaned at all. The pool looked like it has been sitting halfway through repairs for a while, and the lady at the front desk for the first night was very quiet and it took a while to get checked in.

I liked the desk staff very much. They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable even though there weren't many of them for such a large place. I think the housekeeping staff is probably good but overwhelmed. I think there are just not enough of them. The carpet in my room needed serious cleaning and I think someone got drunk and kept urinating in the elevator so there needed to be someone to clean the corner walls of the elevator as well as the floor on the weekend. I liked the location and their “to go breakfast”. However, the room was not cleaned thoroughly and they did not have trash cans. I had to take two of them from the hallway that were just left there. The fire alarm went off around 1am and was not stopped for about 30 minutes. The hotel did not take the time to advise their customers what happened and apologize for the disturbance and scare.
