It was ok lots of people in and out and loud overall it was a good stay for the price I paid for it!

Fair price, not the worst, definitely not best. I feel this hotel started out as a good hotel: nice lobby, decent quality furniture and decor. But I feel the quality of people that started frequently staying here lowered the standards of the hotel. There was hair clogged in the bathroom sink and the tub was not very clean, including some sort of mold growing on the tile wall. Eh.... The person was rude when i check in .the room was alil dirty and one of the lamps were broken and didnt work . but the room was big and the bed was comfy.

Not the best but acceptable First room had drawers missing and lock protector missing. Moved us to another room which was better but there were stains in carpet, floor didn't look swept, a couple of small holes in the wall, drain from shower missing and hair in shower. Not the greatest but only had so much money to spend and didnt want to have to worry about getting my money back. Complimentary breakfast was a few granola bars. Colorado Adventure It was great I booked my room on my phone and I drove to hotel right away and she checked me in right away very glad because it was snowing and below zero! Very cool room except the heater system was weird probably old needs upgrade it! Otherwise not a bad place expecially if you have a family and staying extended time!

Smokey Smell Though all the rooms have a "No Smoking" sign right next to the room number, the smell of smoke lingered in my first room. The kind lady at the desk said she would find me another room. The room change was not that big of deal, but I was so tired from the trip. Changing rooms just meant gathering everything up and shuffling on to another room.

Bad stay The room was a mess. Things were falling apart and light switches didn’t work. The counters and drawers had scratches all over them and when I went to go to sleep, I found an orange under my bed. The following morning I went to shower and found someone else’s hair wadded up in the towel. Completely disgusting and unclean

We are sure this was a result of miscommunication between our Housekeeping and Front Office Departments since a suite should not be made available for occupancy until the cleaning process is complete and it has been inspected by a supervisor.
