Bad stay The room was a mess. Things were falling apart and light switches didn’t work. The counters and drawers had scratches all over them and when I went to go to sleep, I found an orange under my bed. The following morning I went to shower and found someone else’s hair wadded up in the towel. Completely disgusting and unclean

Please accept my apologies for your suite not being totally ready for occupancy when you checked into our hotel. We are sure this was a result of miscommunication between our Housekeeping and Front Office Departments since a suite should not be made available for occupancy until the cleaning process is complete and it has been inspected by a supervisor. Wonderful, helpful staff. Cozy,old world hospital Excellent place to stay for a basic European style budget experience. Everything was clean, neat and welcoming. Could have used a nearby Grocery store since they have cooking and a nice fridge.

The maid was a Bar Bouncer The maid was a Brute. Bad news. She was asked to step sideways away from the room door to allow my service dog and me to step out. She weren't having it. The front desk was told about it.

I loved my corner room. Hotel was quiet besides outside traffic. Room was very clean
