Looks good on the outside until you get in I was there for two weeks and had the worst experience, yup it’s a new hotel but it should just be called a room you’re renting. They have over 100 rooms but only 2 Irons and ironing boards, sometimes don’t have WiFi and as a working professional, I had to find a Starbucks to send e-mails for work, they don’t switch out your towels or take out your trash, I was told to take mine outside of the hotel to the dumpster. Should be called the uncomfort inn No tv guide no channels bed was hard and not comfy bathroom didn't have proper shower liner floor cold no dishes no ice machine was told to fill my ice trays I was only staying for 1 night I guess the ice would be ready when we checked out.the only good thing was the lady that was working the desk on12-15-17her name was Amanda. Horrible experience Did not enjoy my stay I was there 4 days and they did not clean room once Since they have long staying customers I requested to see if the could and they said they clean once a week. To me that’s not okay

New property - old problems. Brand new paper thin walls. Nothing goes unheard from rooms above or next to yours. Requested a First floor room in reservation and despite only 40% occupancy still stuck on the 3rd floor! Hotel profile states it is only 20 miles from Denver International Airport - so NOT true. It was over 30 miles. Requested a 1 pm checkout the night before while at the front desk and was told okay! Nope, housekeepers kept banging on the door starting around 9am and didn’t stop. No frills hotel clean but nothing included in room They have 11am check out which is too early and came into room without knocking because they assumed we checked out already and then had the nerve to call a few minutes later and tell us we need to extend or stay or leave because we didn’t check out by their 11am time. I asked why we didn’t have any shampoo, silverware, or iron and the front desk lady gave me an attitude and said they don’t provide any of that stuff unless you ask for it which is silly.

Thanks for the thorough review. 11AM check-out is pretty standard but you can request an extension, which the staff will try to honor. You would need permission to stay later or would need to leave the room so we can prep it for the next guest. Toiletries, silverware, irons, and more are all available at the front desk.
Worst hotel ever stayed with First of all after booking with hotels.com and paying hotel said I needed a 100.00 deposit but excepted 50.00 and as of today still have not received my deposit. Receptionist was wonderful. Management sucks. Management also said when asked about deposit that hotels.com is responsible for crediting back to my debit card.
