Location was good, it was not clean, not the elevators, the halls or the floor in the room.

It was very clean,they don't offer anything for the price and it should come with dishes because they have a kitchen people stay here for convenience not to go shopping like they are home for pots and pans and eating utensils

I wanted to check in early at 10am and leave at 5 and was told that was fine then I was unable to check in try to get a refund and was told i had to pay regardless and was neing completely ignored by the people there. Unbelievable how you get lied to in the face and have to end up paying for 2 hotel rooms when they mess up

Need breakfast The front desk personal was great, as far as the hotel, there was alot of people walking the halls late at night. Seemed more of a motel then an actual hotel. There was no continental breakfast, there was no soap, lotions. There was one towel for two host. There was no coffee in the morning. I was not very happy

If you like it even a little dark when you sleep, do not stay here. Lots of nice features and modern updates. Staff is very helpful as well. HOWEVER... Lots of cheap workmanship under the exterior.. all the water fixtures were very loose, wall in bathroom had water damage in the shower, missing electrical cover, trim coming off in upper corner. My feet also got black gunk and hair on them just walking around. The floor looks nice but there should be a small rug and the floor needs to be cleaned better. There is no comforter ... read more

Extreme Chemical Room Freshers They use an extremely strong chemical freshener in the room.... it practically gave me an allergy asthma attack.. could not stay.., and these are No Smoking room.. go figure!

Not worth your money. The hotel is fairly new and it's been about year since I stayed there and things have changed and not in a good way. You cannot simply go to your room after checkin, you have to badge through a security door to get to the elevator. I have never had to do this and it made worry about the type people who may be staying there. The phone in the room did not work and the wifi kept cutting out. They close the front desk at 11 pm. I have never seen anything like it. It's not like there's no one at the front desk, they literally pull down the shutters. I wish I knew, I felt bad waking up their night person (who came down immediately.) The room was clean, it was, basically, bare bones, but clean and newly renovated with wooden floors, always nice. Plus, it also had a regular-sized fridge, which can be very helpful. There was no one at the front desk when I left early in the AM.

Being a new place it was ok. No coffee either day and that is something that they promised at check in. Security was a joke as the lock in back was never locked and the room lock worked but not all the time .
