Needs a good cleaning The hotel smelled of marijuana. The floors were dirty. Our room had a musty odor to it and the air conditioner rattled throughout the night. Glad we only stayed one night

One of the worse stays we have had at a hotel. Arrived to find two towels and a tiny thing of shampoo (see photo). No soap, tissues, wash, conditioner, etc. Talked to desk and they acted like their failure to order soap was our problem, bizarre. Hole in bath door. Only two tiny pillows per queen so impossible to watch TV or sit up at any time. Have never seen that before. Found out we had to manually return our towels downstairs daily but they were always out of replacements. How does a brand new hotel not have adequate and ... read more

This hotel seems nice at first glance due to its modern look, cheap-ish price, seemingly clean look at first glance, and pet friendly policy. However there are a few issues. The number one issue was the the staff/hotel did not provide adequate essentials for guests. There were two of us and we each got one towel, a single roll of toilet paper for the restroom and there was never anyone around who we could give our provided but quickly filled trash bags to. Our stay was for five nights. I phoned in and asked if we could have ... read more

No soap, smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking as my allergies told me different.

B.Y.O.S. Booked this on Hotels.com, so I naturally figured it was a hotel. The first thing we noticed was there was only two (flat) pillows in total. We asked for two additional ones---never did get them. But the kicker was there was absolutely NO soap bars anywhere. I called down and was told that this is an extended stay hotel, therefore they do not supply this. We had to make a special trip out to get some.

The door to the outside on the west side by our room did not open from the outside. We had to walk around the building !!!!They only put a tiny sample of shampoo in bathroom, no soap no extra anything.Says suites so we thought there would be cups , an ice machine and other normal suite type stuff.NOTHING, and the coffee maker in the lobby produces light brown water not coffee .

Don't Stay Here Looked like newly released prisoners from the nearby jail or temporary housing for the homeless staying there. Dirty floors throughout. Upon checkin they had it in writing that they clean the rooms every two weeks...dust settling everywhere.

What surprised me the most is the wood floor is clearly not cleaned before I checked in, there are debris in multiple places from before. It has a strong detergent smell in the room and in the hallway. The staff are friendly and the location is good, very quiet.
