This is an extended stay facility but it is not clear in the title. These are not suites- just one room with a kitchen area. It also does not provide even the basics of an extended stay. It says full kitchens but that is only the appliances- there is not a dish or pot or spoon when you arrive, not even a coffee pot. You are told that they sell them. The elevator was out one night- there is only one- so we were told to just take the stairs-difficult on oxygen to climb 3 floors. The night staff was just plain rude. The linens ... read more

Terrible service!!!!! I had a confirmed room the day I was traveling. I got to the hotel at 12:20am and was told that they were overbooked and didn’t have a room for me. I had to call someone standing outside on the phone to get this info. The gentleman was rude and hung up on me the second time I tried calling. How do you run a business where people can’t rely on their confirmations? Good thing hotels.com found me another place to stay, I finally got to my new hotel at 2:30am. This was a fairly new hotel but a number of customers were complaining about room heating and plumbing. I over heard these complaints while I waited an hour and a half to get my room, which they did NOT have. I reserved (confirmed) a room with TWO queen beds and i ended up stuck in a room with only one queen bed. This for two large people. WiFi was "there" but non-existent. Rooms were not being properly cleaned and "room service' never happened during our 3 day stay. We had to get our own towels and toilet paper. The staff w... read more

Not recommended. On the surface everything seems ok. However, this is a "budget long term stay hotel". They don't staff the hotel between 11 pm and 7 am. As such, anyone can be let into the rooms. Once the bars closed, the party people came in. The hotel walls are paper thin. I could easily hear a conversation in the next room. Imagine what the singing sounded like at 3 am! The people standing outside the building having a smoke looked a bit sketchy. Not something you'd want your kids to see.

I did not like my experience at all and would have liked a discount since I planned on staying another night.
