Horrible Very bad service as they were fully booked and there was only one housekeeping person and the front desk had to clean rooms! I had suite that was clean but had a kitchen without any utensils,cooking pots,not one glass. Never could get anyone to give me anything. Bad experience will never stay again!

Well I was charged twice .. I was charge by Expedia when I booked and again by the hotel. So now I am having to take time on my 1st business day to address this. So far all I have gotten is rudeness form the hotel. I will never book to stay there again.

Ok for traveling workers trying to stay cheap From the outside it looks great. Room smelled of smoke, dogs was ripped, doors had holes where they'd been kicked in. Kitchen was functional but shabby.

What a dump. Not worth the money.

Can't count on them I didn't stay there! I got there just to find out that they relocated me to another hotel nearly 10 miles away and never told me a thing.

Very disappointed We showed up after a long day of moving out of our house at approximately 8:30 PM and the room was not ready. We waited for 1-1 1/2 hours for them to clean the room. We actually ate our dinner in our vehicle in the hotel parking lot. We brought the food with us expecting to eat in our room. So very disappointing!

Reserved Room Unavailable at Check In Arrived to check in and was told my reserved room was unavailable and that someone was supposed to have called me (no one did). Was sent to another ESA nearby which was disgusting. Called the original hotel again and they had magically had an emergency checkout in that span of half an hour and could clean the room for me if I could get a cab back to the hotel. It was a nightmare and the staff was not overly helpful. The room was eventually comped but I'll never stay at another ESA.
