Overbooked, no help from hotel staff Expedia overbooked the hotel, so when I arrived, there was no room available. Clerk was no help in finding another hotel. I drove to another hotel that was also full, but the clerk called around to all the hotels in the area and was able to find me a room. Overbooking happens, but not being willing to help a stranded customer is why I gave the hotel a bad rating.
Hotel needs work on little things Missing little things. No pens or paper to take notes on, no hair, dryer Called for wake up call ,never received could not get the alarm to work. could hardly hear on the phone when I had a incoming call. Also the room was made up during my stay. Was only there two days, maybe it only done every other day?
Not happy! Room was clean but there were no glasses without going to desk. No ice-so had to go to 7-11 for ice.

Stayed 2 nights... Couldn't last 5 nights It's in a great area but the hotel was nice from the outside but little grungy on inside. Hallways were smelly. Our room had either no hot water or cold water. Stains on the carpet. Wouldn't stay here again.

1 pillow for a king size bed all the towel had stains all over them. Hotel smells of dog and smoke . I slept in my clothes
Horrible customer service I stayed here for one night and woke up in the morning to find that there was no water. I couldn't take a shower or even wash my face. I had to be at a meeting with yesterday's makeup and not showered. When I asked the front desk what they would do about this since I paid for a room that included a SHOWER I was told "we can't do anything because we didn't do it on purpose" I was told a manager word be calling me but of course that never happened either. Medical Appointment The room was just ok... but once I pilled down the covers I found a long black hair in the middle of the bed...needless to say I slept on top of the sheets. The staff was great and very friendly but for the money I would definitely recommend finding another hotel.
DO NOT RECOMMEND - HORRIBLE STAY The room smelled like skunk so I had to keep the window open when it was less than freezing all night (I was in Denver in February). The bed was NOT a queen size as advertised and was in dire need of replacement! They do not provide the usual shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer so be sure to bring your own. Breakfast consists of muffins, granola bars and coffee. They required a $100 deposit (on a room that I only paid $83 to stay in one night). Don't check in after midnight Upon arrival- the employee was rude because I woke him up to get checked in. He checked the room and it was dirty so he gave me another. It was 15* outside and snowing and entering the room- the a/c was in high. When the employee checked the room- why was the a/c even on? My wife got the room thru your site and I was double charged for a pre-paid room. This was by far the most horrible nights I've had.
