Disappointing I booked a King bed and was given a queen and wasn’t informed at check in.

At check in they only had 1 king room that reeked of cigarettes. The put us in a queen room which was fine but they didn’t offer any discount or compensation considering they were unable to fulfill the reservation as purchased

Not worth the money... My room was filthy, only had towels and a half roll of toilet paper and nothing else. The shower had a huge bubble above the shower head that was a leak that had been there for quit a while.

Not all that they say it is... Hotel advertises that they have a pool, business center and gym.... They HAVE NOTHING. Nice enough for quick stay but don't expect the amenities they advertise.

When I first walked in I smelled weed in the lobby and the girl helping me acted like she didn't know but she was high as a kite. The room was filthy and wasn't stalked with bathroom linen or tissues. They didn't have the correct soap or lotion or shampoo at all it was nothing for me. The showerhead spun around like it was broken took forever to find hot. I need it painted it stunk in there were bugs around the sink. I was disgusted and left in the middle of the night without even try to get a refund

Not a good experience Several mistakes done during stay. Wrongful charges for "late check-in". Threat to cancel my reservation due to questioning of late check in fee (I checked in same day at 9pm instead of 3pm). Manager tried to overcome mistake and was concerned and apologetic. However the staff continued to make mistakes and cause issues with stay. Terrible experience.

Worst hotel experience ever! Made the mistake of not reading the reviews before I booked. Horrible, HORRIBLE service. I can't comment on the room as the person in charge of checking people in didn't know how to do an Orbitz reservation despite having a fax from them and our confirmation number. She refused to answer the phone as Orbitz tried to repeatedly call her. We waited for over an hour while watching about 20 other people also have problems. Credit Card Theft The shady characters that checked me in weren't supposed to touch my credit card. Instead they took my card and photo copy and someone charged 600 dollars worth of goods to it the next day in a city nearby. AVIOD this hotel.

Not a place I would stay again. The floor next to the bed had a big sticky mess where the previous person's coke had spilled and dried. There were dried noodles stuck to the bedskirt. The refrigerator leaked water all over the floor. The peephole in the door showed much of the inside of the room clearly from viewed from the hallway outside the room. The safety latch was missing from the door. It was impossible to latch the windows in a locked position and we were on the ground floor--felt very unsafe.
