Front desk person slow and poorly trained It took over 20 minutes for person ahead and another 20 plus for me. She was very annoying and didn't seem competent at handling check in process.

Great staff, nice area, rooms need a cleaning. Helpful & friendly staff but the rm we were 1st given was trashed when we walked in, we were given another rm that was cleaner but still dirty. Had to run to Walmart for cleaner, candles, & comforter due to a musky smell. Also there was a dog who barked the whole night our 1st evening. Bed was to hard, after a 6hr flight we were left stiff.

Filthy I expect less when I pay less, but this place was disgustingly dirty.

Really bad This hotel is supposed to be for longer term stays. It has a small kitchen area, but no cooking utensils, no plates, no glasses or anything you would have in a kitchen. Had to go to front desk for drinking glass. Very old and dated. Not worth the price

unclean bathroom floor. curtains soiled be dirty hands - never cleaned. overall needs lots of attention....neglected property.

The hotel was a reasonable price, but wasn't in the best neighborhood. The cleanliness was a little questionable, didn't take off my socks because the carpet looked dirty. The bed was the hardest and we had a difficult time finding a comfortable position. Probably won't stay there again even for the price. You get what you pay for.

The hotel is in a great location. However the hotel smelled like cigarettes from the time you got in the elevator. The beds had hair on all the blankets and are hard.
