Great staff, nice area, rooms need a cleaning. Helpful & friendly staff but the rm we were 1st given was trashed when we walked in, we were given another rm that was cleaner but still dirty. Had to run to Walmart for cleaner, candles, & comforter due to a musky smell. Also there was a dog who barked the whole night our 1st evening. Bed was to hard, after a 6hr flight we were left stiff.

Filthy I expect less when I pay less, but this place was disgustingly dirty.

Really bad This hotel is supposed to be for longer term stays. It has a small kitchen area, but no cooking utensils, no plates, no glasses or anything you would have in a kitchen. Had to go to front desk for drinking glass. Very old and dated. Not worth the price

unclean bathroom floor. curtains soiled be dirty hands - never cleaned. overall needs lots of attention....neglected property.

The hotel was a reasonable price, but wasn't in the best neighborhood. The cleanliness was a little questionable, didn't take off my socks because the carpet looked dirty. The bed was the hardest and we had a difficult time finding a comfortable position. Probably won't stay there again even for the price. You get what you pay for.

The hotel is in a great location. However the hotel smelled like cigarettes from the time you got in the elevator. The beds had hair on all the blankets and are hard.

Not unless you have no place else to go This hotel is the worst. When I checked in,there was a broken window in the room, so it was stuck open. The room was "non smoking" but smelled like smoke and the furniture had cigarette burns. A small sliver of soap was provided, but no other toiletries. I borrowed a hair drier at the desk and it did not work. My colleague's room was full of cat hair; I found a flea. I don't think there was only one. Dump!

Mediocre hotel, rude staff, decent price Stayed there several times on different occasions. Good for the price but has a lower quality feel. The staff I interacted with were somewhat rude (curt at best) while seeming inconvenienced to talk to me. When I arrived for check-in I stood at the desk in front of an employee that was on the phone (with a manager or boss) & not only ignored my arrival but stayed on the phone for over 5 minutes talking about small things that were clearly not time sensitive.
