Worst experience in my life, hotel overbooked and cancel

no hair dryer no ice

Don't count on a room! Although I was provided a confirmation number upon booking when I went to check in the front desk told me the hotel was overbooked and they didn't have a room for me anymore. They did not offer any alternatives or assistance and I was left scrambling for a room when most of the hotels in the area were sold out.

Rude and unknowledgeable night crew dirty rooms

When we initially searched for hotels, we always search pet friendly- found this one, at the time of reservation no mentioned of pet charge, when we checked in, we were hit with a $25 Additional pet fee - no where was this mentioned on the reservation. We had a total of $111 for the night, turned out to be $139. There were NO dishes, plates utensils etc in room no hair dryer no breakfast only coffee and muffin to go. Very misleading, will never stay at one again

Never again!!!! Terrible! Construction work at night! Beep beep backup on machinery all night! Had to go down and get coffee pot i requested. Never brought cups or dryer i ask for at 7am. Very out of date. Had to pay 20 extra dollars to get into my room. Even though it was ready. Will never stay or recommend this hotel

Terrible experience I made my reservation the day of my stay. It was late in the day, around 9pm. Online stated that there were fours rooms available. I went to checkin around 9:30pm. There was no one at the front desk. I waited at the front desk for about 30 mins before someone helped me check in. I was then told I had to wait for a room to be cleaned and it was the only room available. I did not get into my room till 11:30pm. The room was not vacuumed and was very dirty. Bad Decision DIRTY! Smelled, room furniture grimy and dirty, floors and hallways dirty. We refused to stay once we examined the room. We went through Travelocity. We asked the hotel to refund our credit card and they said Travelocity will do that. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! Cannot understand why this site would even carry this hotel on their site.
