Worst hotel experience ever! Made the mistake of not reading the reviews before I booked. Horrible, HORRIBLE service. I can't comment on the room as the person in charge of checking people in didn't know how to do an Orbitz reservation despite having a fax from them and our confirmation number. She refused to answer the phone as Orbitz tried to repeatedly call her. We waited for over an hour while watching about 20 other people also have problems. Credit Card Theft The shady characters that checked me in weren't supposed to touch my credit card. Instead they took my card and photo copy and someone charged 600 dollars worth of goods to it the next day in a city nearby. AVIOD this hotel.

Not a place I would stay again. The floor next to the bed had a big sticky mess where the previous person's coke had spilled and dried. There were dried noodles stuck to the bedskirt. The refrigerator leaked water all over the floor. The peephole in the door showed much of the inside of the room clearly from viewed from the hallway outside the room. The safety latch was missing from the door. It was impossible to latch the windows in a locked position and we were on the ground floor--felt very unsafe.

worst stay of lodging in 5 years. Terrible - noises, smelly, lousy tenants, old facility, inexperienced reception people, had to change rooms late at night due to lousy tenants with babies, dogs, doors open, smells, inconsiderate jerks living there. The Extended Stay administration told us they no longer endorse this facility. Easy to see. Wish we knew this before hand.

Not what we expected... When we arrived they said they didn't have our room which we reserved but they could put us in 2 rooms. I explained that I have an 11 year old and an 86 year old so 2 rooms wasn't going to work. She said she would find another area for us to stay but I quickly rejected that idea as we picked thay one for a reason. So she decided to check up stairs to see if there was a room. Apparently there was. The stove top didn't work properly. It never got hot enough. Maybe it's for safety purposes. The web site... read more

Disappointing stay I knew that this wouldn't be 5 star when I booked it, but I also didn't expect a party in the hallway with people smoking marijuana either....all night.

Underwhelming Noisy all night long. Mechanical noises from the building were very disruptive to sleep. People in the halls sounded like they were in the room.

Prepare to get ripped off, stay away The WORST hotel experience I've ever had - as someone who travels frequently for business, and whose standards aren't terribly high. After securing a guaranteed booking on hotels.com a few weeks early, I arrived at the Extended Stay to be told that the hotel was "overbooked" and they would move me to another location.
