Overall very bad experience. Had reservations at a different hotel and arrived late at night to be told they didn't have a room for me and had to go to this one. The room I got was awful. Floors gritty and dirty, furniture was awful with missing drawers and others that would not open or close. No hairdryer in the room and had to call down to get one.

Frustrating A bit frustrated with the repaving of the parking lot when I was there. There was no parking and most people had to park across the street and walk down the hill to get to their rooms, this is hard for me as I have a handicap and caused a lot of physical pain. The hotel should have let people know this would happen that way we could change our accommodations. I checked out early. There was a hole in the kitchen wall and stains all over the carpet.

I called the hotel to confirm my reservation and they OVERbooked this hotel, and ALL of their locations. I did not stay here. When I tried to find a way to get a room, I spoke with a gentleman (I wish I had his name), and he was disgustingly rude! Absolutely horrible customer service, and is doing a complete disservice to the hotel as an employee. He was working on Saturday May 11th around 10PM.

I liked the size of the room and that it had a kitchen. But everything was sort of a mess. The roof was all messed up, the bathroom door had a hole in it, the floor was uneven so we nearly tripped every time we went to the kitchen, and there was tile tearing in the tub so my baby could not take a decent bath. It was kind of sad.

I felt unsafe. Locks weren’t working correctly and I kept either getting locked out of my room or having the locks not work at all.

This property is the worst where I been, very budget motel, breakfast was really joke( grab and go), you can take coffee and granola bars, I think they need to say snack but not breakfast . Internet very very slow, sometimes not connected, if you wanna get better internet you need to pay, 1 hour 2$, 1 day 6$ terrible, I think for that money you can find much better motel. Stay away from this property

Smelled of cigarette and weed smoke. Disrepair. Checked in and went to our room. The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. We discovered that the smell mostly came from a bathroom, which was very strong. The other bathroom smelled a little of weed. Besides that, the room was not cleaned very well (counters hadn't been wiped, etc.). Maintenance was also lacking: the entrance lock latch was missing, a door handle was falling off, and a drawer was missing in the kitchenette (pics attached).
