Comfortable Stay and Sleep Arrived after midnight and the night desk person was excellent and welcoming. He got us checked in and in our room quickly. The heat in the room was over the top but since it was a freezing outside it was nice. Overall, it was nice for a quick sleep and I will stay here again, if my travels take me here again.

The gentleman that checked me in was wonderful! The room was clean and I felt safe (being a female) at night! Even the other guests were nice :) I will definitely book here again!

The "Grab and Go" breakfast at Extended Stay America hardly qualifies as a breakfast. It consisted of coffee, pre-packaged muffins, oatmeal and granola bars. I think it is a misrepresentation to call this a breakfast, as compared to other hotel chains that offer a full breakfast. The room heater/AC unit was not well sealed; the outside temperature was below zero, with a strong wind, and there was a constant breeze of cold air flowing into the room. meh The staff were very friendly and accommodating, however the room was not good. It had a strange smell and the chairs were filthy.
