The "Grab and Go" breakfast at Extended Stay America hardly qualifies as a breakfast. It consisted of coffee, pre-packaged muffins, oatmeal and granola bars. I think it is a misrepresentation to call this a breakfast, as compared to other hotel chains that offer a full breakfast. The room heater/AC unit was not well sealed; the outside temperature was below zero, with a strong wind, and there was a constant breeze of cold air flowing into the room. meh The staff were very friendly and accommodating, however the room was not good. It had a strange smell and the chairs were filthy.
