It would be nice to have an ice machine the staff is very nice & the location is quite convenient from the freeway

It was our first time staying at an ESA and we found in to be comfortable. Kendall was great.

OK Hotel Is was clean, bed was comfortable. The kitchen sank in the room was leaking. There were stains on the ceiling above tub in bathroom. Got pop from vending machine, it was warm. TV wasn't working, employee did fix it.

Much better The second night was so much better on the third floor. Very clean. No issues with the shower. The breakfast is packaged muffins, granola bars, oatmeal and coffee but that was ok. If we stayed longer it would be nice to have more choices. We loved Savana! She was very helpful and super friendly.

Our room smelled like pet urine. The hotel smelled like pets. It was not very clean. They tried to cover the smell with room spray.
