Functional Evening staff was young and not real professional in her actions and was not real knowledgeable about surrounding area eating establishments. AM staff very friendly.

Wirht the price. I was in need of a longer term location as I have started a new job in Johnston and my family will not be joining me immediately. Price is a big factor so the ESA fit the bill. The accommodations are minimal compared to some of the other suite hotels, but it was everything I needed. I do wish the bed was a little softer, but everything was clean and well taken care of. I am staying again this week.

Its Acceptable At check in the person on duty was rude, almost to the point where I felt they didn't care if I stayed. My stay was a business week. My room was the farthest away from the elevator and the elevator needs upkeep. My room carpet was dirty and turned socks and feet black. Televisions are in bad locations and furniture is falling apart. Bed was comfortable, kitchenette was acceptable and bathroom was good size. Recliner chair is a nice feature. Travelling through I have stayed at this chain before, so I trusted the brand. Looking for a hotel to stay at in this area, I found that this particular location had a last minute deal. I was happy with the check in and check out and the grab and go breakfast. The rooms looked a little dated but were full of amenities.

There is no ice machine. Couldn't get water from the vending machine. Grocery store close by.
Stay somewhere else When I checked in the refrigerator and freezer were open and turned off...BTW they don't have an ice machine available. The room was dirty. The hallways and stairs were dirty and smokey. Not worth the price. Stay somewhere else.

will stay again We stayed here for the Holiday weekend the room was clean and comfortable the front desk people were very nice I would recommend this hotel to anyone it was very nice. we were close to the highway but it was still quiet.
