Tv didn’t work. Paid for a queen sized bed, got a full. No help from staff.

It’s getting old & falling apart needs a major remodel!! Elevator makes speed grinding sounds when it gets to 3rd (top) floor and shocks you when you push the button to go down. Lot of sunken parts of the floors. No dishes very small room!!

Checked in and legit left after 20 minutes.didn’t even ask for money back or ask for my pet fee back. It’s that bad. Super dirty everywhere. Room was dirty, heater didn’t work. Didn’t feel safe. There is a note in the elevator on what to do if the elevator gets stuck. Like a full list of don’t panic and all the steps to takeof it gets stuck. by the sounds of the elevator I’m guessing it gets stuck a lot. Don’t stay here.

Kids everywhere. They have the front desk lady not only helping customers but also babysitting all of their kids! It's madness and unprofessional on so many levels.

Disappointing. Usually extended stay hotels are reliable but this left me disappointed. The overall cleanliness was sub-par, the room I reserved was not available, there were no roll-away beds to accommodate my messed up reservation, and the kitchenette was barren. Due to the above, our choice was to fit 2 adults and a teen in a queen bed (I reserved a room with 2 beds) or for one of us to sleep on the floor. We also picked up food but required the kitchenette only to find the cabines and drawers completely empty.

Thank you for letting us know about your stay. Dishes and cookware are not provided in the room and must be asked for. Starting in October dishes and cookware must be purchased at this location. I apologize that we did not have the room type you booked available. When you use a third party to book, you are guaranteed a room, not a room type.
