Fine if you enjoy the smell of cigarettes The stench of cigarettes was too strong to allow a good night sleep.

Very Unhappy Customer. the pictures on the website did not match the actual items (bed, kitchen, etc) in the hotel. the smell of the hotel was awful. it was so bad that we had to switch rooms three times and then decide to cancel and leave to stay in a Mariott.

Won"t go Back Urbandale we had no clean towels brought to room for 2nd nite of stay. Light burned out in bathroom called and told them said didn"t have someone tofixit. Drainsstunklikethey haven"t been cleanedforsometime. Was cheap but wasnot impressed by it,especialy when asked if they checked room in the morning, and she said maybe once a week they do shouldn"t have to run after supplies, Ipaid for the roomfor 3 people and we only had towels for one party and one nite,came backthe 2nd nite and all wet towels were still in ... read more

Exteded stay, urbandale, IA we had asked for a non-smoking room but when we opened the door, the room had a very strong odor, like the smoking smell was being covered up with air freshener. the rug was very stained and had not been vacuumed since the last occupant. when we attempted to make coffee in the morning, the previous occupant"s coffee was still in the filter! we discarded the grounds and started to make a fresh pot only to discover that there were no cups. Good bed but musty smelling! We arrived tired after a long drive. When we arrived we found the clerk very helpful. As we approched the room I noticed what felt to me like a rotted floor board in the hallway and a musty/mildew smell. This carried over to the room which made the first impression poor but we were tired to take care of this and it was sleepable. Up early the next day and a great night sleep in a comfortable bed. We were both happy we were not stayin any longer than we did.

Urbandale Extended Stay Hotel is in poor condition. No bathrooms in the lobby - thought that was odd. No breakfast or restaurant. I would rather have paid $15-$20 more and stayed in a much nicer place.
