Never, ever, ever will stay again in that place Room wasn't cleaned, not even vacuumed. Even found a toothbrush and food wrappings on the floor. It has mold on the bathroom wall and even between the sheets. I had to go to front desk asking for shampoo, soap and clean towels. If it wasn't for the bad snow weather I'd walked out the moment I stepped in that room

Somewhat disappointed Clogged toilet and would have liked a pool

Only the basics here...basic 2 star hotel Rented 3 rooms/2 nights for a family Black Friday shopping weekend. Based decision on cost of room. Location of hotel was great for shopping on the North West and West side of the city. Staff was friendly. However when we arrived there was a guest sitting in a wheel chair smoking right by the front door. The rooms were a bit below what I would consider average. My daughter and I found a 'crusty' hand towel on the floor when we walked into the room. Ceilings were cracked and peeling. ... read more

Meeting Stay My husband and I were in town for a meeting. We found the room to be a bit run down. The bed was not comfortable and the amenities were few. The bath room mirror was bad around the edges and the towels were rough. We will not stay at this hotel again when we were in town.

Des Moines The room was not cleaned or vacuumed. There were no coat hangers and none of the advertised "amenities" were in the room (i.e. dishes, flatware, glasses, etc.) you had to ask for them. I will not stay here again.

Won't Be Back Wifi was not working, the TV programming is extremely limited, no HGTV, CNBC etc. Mostly ESPN and local channels. Pet fees are outrageous compared to other hotels in area. Most request a deposit and then check room for damages. Most I have paid in Des Moines area $10.00 per night. The pet fee was almost half of what I paid for myself!!

Location was the only winning feature of this hotel. The room was non-smoking, but had a strong smoke smell. The breakfast available was minimal and only included cereal bars, apples, and oatmeal. The room was not clean and had a lot of stains on the walls. TV channels were also minimal. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

Not Recommended window was broken in room, beds dirty and uncomfortable. Hallways had a bad smell in them. Will not stay again here.
