ok but no daily housekeeping When booking my reservation i did not know that they do not make the bed or clean your room daily. If you want clean towels you are required to take them down to the front desk, give them your dirty towels and in exchange they will give you clean ones. It snowed during my stay, the parking lot and entry to the hotel was not cleared as good as it should have been. As far as the breakfast goes, its very basic - coffee, oatmeal, apples, oranges. Dirty smokey smelling room. I should have known what I was getting into, when I was asked to choose items from and amenneties basket at the front desk during check in. Tacky dirty entryways dirty rooms that had been smoked in.

what a dump i try not to think about my night in this filthy room. it's one of those experiences you try to put out of your head, i'd rather not go into it for fear of nightmares involving a monster made out of stained and sticky carpeting and hairballs teaming up to smother me in my sleep.

okay Booked and told it was non smoking and lady said you don`t have an option. Not too bad, but not some great deal. Looking at other options next time.
Hotel is fine if you are a smoker Hotel wasn't terrible but we will not return. First thing out family noticed was the smell of smoke. No actual smoke but the distinct smell. The hotel staff wasn't disrespectful but certainly not friendly either. Hotel was clean but the hallways dark and the rooms a little dated.
The air conditioner was running in the room when we got there. It was freezing cold, water was dripping on the carpet so the carpet around it was all wet. Then we couldn't get the air conditioner on to heat to get the chill out of the room, kept blowing cold air. So shut it off completely.
Let this be your LAST OPTION Rooms were hot, humid and musty. The air did not work properly. The carpet was filthy.

Brand that does not Deliver I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. My experience in this hotel is not satisfactory going by the brand name. It does not provide a good break fast option. By "Going green", they don't replace towels, they want guests to clear garbage. They are not friendlier, show complete corporate attitude - "money minded"
Clean rooms not much else. The rooms were clean and well kept. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff was rude. We asked for help in locating hotel because of an event in Des Moines. We were told "not my job". We also asked for shampoo. Instead of a simple, we do not provide that, which would have been ok. We were told its "not required". So, rooms were clean and the cleaning staff was excellent.
