Rescued our Weekend Due to a nightmare at a competing hotel, we had to book elsewhere, and quickly! We had 2 nights of a 3 night stay left and needed a kitchen as we were having a small Thanksgiving meal. I could check off all the boxes with Extended Stay West Des Moines and then Larritia (sp?) at the front desk came to our rescue! Just amazing customer service; she accommodated our check-in and was able to come up with not only place settings, etc but a couple of pans to allow us to complete prepping our meal.
