Quiet hotel near mall and freeways A fine place to stay with easy access to I-94. Across from Briarwood Mall
Clean, quiet, surrounded by grass and trees. Staff had on file my room preference. Very attentive to this single lady.
Extended stay america Front desk service was great, room was decent. The bed was like sleeping on the floor and the ac was not cold. Don’t be fooled by their “free breakfast “ claim - it is only coffee, tea packets and individually wrapped granola bars. It was fairly inexpensive so I guess - in the long run, you get what you pay for.
Inaccurate Breakfast Listing This hotel was listed as having a continental breakfast. However, they only had granola bars and packets of oatmeal on a table across from the front desk. There was no fruit, no muffins or pastries, and no juice. This was disappointing as I would've chosen a different hotel that served breakfast had I known.
Is ok Centric, near and convenience restaurants and places arounds. Breakfast was little desapointment specialy on sunday. It was ok in general since is just for a quick place to sleep.
I stayed, I slept, I left. Bathroom fan turns on with light and was entirely too loud. WiFi did not work properly and had to get technical assistance. Tub accommodations not present for those with physical challenges even in a regular tub.
Date night and a show Tiny “lobby” so you would expect someone to greet you or just be at the desk to make up for it. We stoukd in front of the counter waiting for someone to check us in, we yelled out to anyone that could hear us and they responded “be there in a minute!”. The person who checked us in was not friendly and said very few words. My wife and I laughed as we see the sign that says “please rate us all 10’s for your experience”.
