Well worn, but clean.... This hotel is a good location-close to U of m campus, the mall and restaurants..but it is also located very near to the highway ramp and rather noisy due to the traffic flow if you are at that end of the building... We had a king room reserved, but when we arrived (on a busy,college graduation weekend in Ann Arbor) none were available so we were upgraded at no cost to a king suite! No frills works for me! This is a great choice if, like me, you like to have a kitchen available but don't want to pay the moon for the privilege. On the other hand, this motel will only change the sheets/towels if you order and pay extra. I don't need it for my short stay. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean.

Ni un solo día han arreglado la habitación, pedí más de 4 veces que lo hicieran y ni las toallas del baño me cambiaron. Peor experiencia en un hotel en mi vida . Nunca más vuelvo a utilizar esa compañía.

I called the hotel before arriving to check if someone will be available for checkin when I arrive after midnight. And while they told me yes, it was shocking that the front desk kept arguing that the system get auditing around thag time (2 am) and they might not be able to get me in!!! No one was at the front desk for 25 minutes. We arrived there after 10 pm. The phone that said to call “O” if no one was at the desk was broken. When the woman working the next shift came into the lobby to start work, she was surly and defensive. The room she sent us to had a half smoked cigar, an open can of beer, an unmade bed, and a bloody washcloth in it, so when I went back to the front desk and said we needed another room because of all that, she was rude again and slow walked the whole process.

The extra latch on the door for extra safety was broken...not vaccum...everything out dated and raggedy...i pushed the heavy recliner up to the door to feel secure...never will i ever come back there for sure.
