Had to change rooms due to no electric power for two lamps and TV. No cots or hair dryers available. Bathtub surface was peeling off. Very dated.

People in the parking lot getting high, kids running in the hallways, and dirty room

As a traveling nurse, my hotel stays are often short but important, especially after long shifts. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this location of Extended Stay America left much to be desired, particularly when it comes to customer service and first impressions. Property is dirty and room has smokey odour. Lots of better options in area.

It was disgusting.
Unfortunately, my stay at the Extended Stay of America did not meet expectations. The room was smaller than expected, the furniture was worn and dingy, and there was a persistent musty odor that made the environment quite unpleasant. I had booked the stay from Sunday to Wednesday, but due to the poor conditions, I had to check out early. I was only refunded for one night of stay.
Utterly disgusting from arrival till cancellation of reservation when sheets were laid back to find stained sheets with pubic hairs. The entire property smelled of animals and stale cigarettes. The faculty was run down and dirty.
The carpets in the hallways were badly stained and dirty. The room was clean, but the furniture was significantly scratched and banged-up. The tube surface in bathroom was severely worn out and needed to be replaced.
