It's unfortunate that I have to write a terrible review as it has never been the case when we travel. But, the conditions at this location were disgusting. It was apparent that some poor housekeeper had tried her best but the room was equal to a college dorm room that someone had trashed and left.The refrigerator was rusty and the front all marked, chips out of the counters, large chips of paint off the walls, and the heat/air did not even turn on. Obvious smell of smoke and they had to know about. They could not offer another room and it was too late to find a different property.

PRICE GAUGING Extended Stay. Supposedly. No plates, glasses, cups, silverware. Pretty sure I came home with bed bug bites. GROSS example of price gauging during a Michigan home game. Shameful. Governor Whitmire needs to step in

I couldn't check in because their housekeeper had actually just quit, before I arrived to check-in. They had no clean rooms. I had to check into another hotel . I am requesting a refund.
