Spartan amenities even for the affordable price Aging hotel in need of a facelift. Rooms all need updating. Barely above a dorm room in terms of amenities. Free coffee in the morning ok - but complimentary food nothing more than sugary snacks.

Terrible Hotel. Limited Service next to Highway I've stayed at Extended Stay Hotels before, and this has to be the worst one yet. The hotel is poorly maintained and very under-staffed (especially for a limited service hotel). Worst of all, the hotel is adjacent to the highway and receives a lot of noise and wind from the passing cars and trucks. I would not recommend this hotel at all. There are a lot of other hotel options in Ann Arbor, including two or three, just down the street.

It's not horrible but it's not great either. The room, two double beds, is not that big. Smells a little funny. The people at the desk were great. Hotel rather run down, very slow elevator. Location is great. Very minimal utensils, etc, in the kitchen.

Model Room I booked the hotel in Ann Arbor for my birthday through Hotels.com. Upon arriving to the hotel, we found that our hotel room was basically located in the lobby. Literally, the door was in the lobby. We asked if there was another room available and the person at the front desk told us that that was their "model" room and they don't even typically put people in it, but Hotels.com uses that as their room for people. HORRIBLE My husband is very sick but wanted to see his grandson in law school. When checking in he need a restroom to go to the bathroom. There was none in the lobby and could not wait until I checked in. Asked to use the restroom for the employees. Was refused. He used very bad language. Finally they let him go the bathroom. I apologized for him. If he was not sick or was in great pain, I have never known him to do that. I do again apologize for his rudeness. Not so good Out dated, this smell bad and the walls needed striped and painted.The shower curtain makes you dizzy just looking at as well as the carpet.

Only good thing about this hotel is location I would not stay here again...Place is run down...no shampoo or soap in bathroom...bathroom walls in shower are peeling....
