7/19/20.THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! STAY AWAY. EXPEDIA SHOULD TAKE IT OFF THEIR LIST AS AN OPTION.

I had to sleep in a room with a toilet that would not flush. My feces was in the toilet causing me to vomit. So I was in a room over night with a toilet holding feces and vomit. I notified staff after check in that my toilet did not flush. A staff member came to snake the toilet which did not help. I called the front desk again and was told that the maintenance man told the front desk that the toilet need to be replaced and that she would Leave a letter for her manager. Nope Room was so dirty. Dirty used wash clothes and tooth brushes and garbage all around room. And the toilet wouldn’t flush. There was a plunger next to the toilet on plastic and we had to plunge every time we used it even if it was just toilet paper. Worse stay ever.

Free breakfast on had 2 pots of coffee, 2 muffins and granola bars. That was at 6:45 AM. I went back several times and never refilled. Also the dark roast coffee was a lighter shade than the light roast. Front desk staff was not friendly at all when checking in. As soon as she handed me my key she disappeared to the back room. No one was ever at the front desk. They were always in the back and not sure if they were watching TV or what. Not attentive at all!

I’ve stayed in quite a few hotel over my years and this was by far the worst hotel ever. 1st off the lady at the front desk had the worst attitude a person can have that’s dealing with the public. Secondly when we got to our room it smelled bad that by the time we left the smell was in our clothes (tried to exchange room they said nothing else was available) we were traveling and to tired to go through the hassle of trying to find another hotel so we febreezed it down as much as we could (it helped as long as we were in the ... read more

Dirty This is my second Saturday in a row staying there, and the cleanliness was terrible.

The shower was a strange brown color tile to hide the soap residue but you could still see it.

Nasty, room smelled like dog food and when asked them to do something about it they said they cant do anything. Also people smoke and the smell got in the room. First and last time with them.
