Filthy, cigarette burns in carpet. Had to leave and find a cleaner place to stay due to medical condition.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone..it is not comfortable at all.

Less than one star This was a terrible experience. First of all, the hotel people wouldn't let us check I at 3 pm which is their check in time. They were very rude and said we need 20 more min to clean. Second, the staff was really rude and unwelcoming. Third, the room was dirty with food in the kitchen cabinet not cleaned, floor super sticky and terrible overall. I wouldn't recommend this place or it franchise to anyone. The price was too expensive for the kind of stay and staff we got.

Never again with this group. In my opinion Detroit is a dump, if it wasn’t for the Ford factory we would have avoided it like the plague. Hotel breakfast was a stale coffee and a granola bar. I now know what "breakfast on the go" means. I must have stayed in about 100 hotels in the US and this is the first that came with no housekeeping. If you want your bed made and the bathroom cleaned.... do it yourself

So , I recently stayed there and I didn’t understand why they couldn’t bring up extra towels when requested they wanted us bring down our old towels to get new ones , staff just seem unprofessional at the front desk like they are robots and reading for a script when time to check in or ask questions . I just wasn’t satisfied with my stay . And very up set with the lady who booked us the room she stated this hotel has a pool and free breakfast we didn’t get either

Not a pleasant stay. This was a very low budget hotel. Very low budget. It didn't even have a sign out front saying the hotel name, sign in the parking lot about locking your car (hotel not responsible for items missing). The room was more or less fine, but the toilet was coming away from the floor so when I sat down it was unstable. The pillows/bedding smelled like human, like they had not been washed. absolutely the worst experience ever.. the guy Ishmael was very rude he gave me keys to somebody else room walked in on them very embarrassing then he down sized my room and overcharged me

No service property Terrible front desk staff. Manager is rude. And if you want to ask for everything, this is your place. They claim they are not a full service property.. They are a no service property.
