Room had a leaking frig and wasn’t going to fixed for 2 days to fix. The frig was dirty. The towels were dirty and didn’t have any extra. No coffee pot. No plates cups or bowls. No sheer curtain for the window while staying on the first floor so if you wanted natural light the whole outside could see you. The desk had broken legs. The closet did have hangers. The stove top was dirty. I had to move my senior mother who is disabled and my family to a new hotel and they are not willing to refund my payment.

Condoms in bed sheets Bad experience because of the bad cleaning. The linen where dirty and we actually found a used condom. Breakfast was just pancakes and bad coffee. Internet is slow unless you buy faster service which negate free wifi advertised. For the value it really disappoint. I could have found better place for the price I paid.

Noise was unbelievably annoying. There was no peace at any time of the night.

We found old socks in our beds and they smelled like smoke. Clearly was not changed when we got there

Breakfast needs to change up sometimes have hot breakfast. Provide bottle water at least. No coffee pot in the rooms. Every hotel has one. No ice to get. We’re giving ice trays to make our ice. Wow. Little things will make it batter
