The hotel attendants seem to be mAd when someone comes to Check in , idk if it’s because they actually have to work, but I watched her turn down 2 people , that came from Expedia, I wouldn’t think her hotel would b so fond, that was 2 rooms the hotel lost out on, also told me they don’t accept MasterCard when I tried to pay for the room. The problem was not with Expedia. It was with extended stay hotel

We arrived early and just planned to use the restroom in the lobby and park the car and then go eat until our room was ready. Except there is no restroom in their lobby which was a first odd feature. Then after we checked out I'm pretty sure I forgot my wedding ring in the room. I called and asked and the person on the phone was so rude. Didn't even ask my name or see if she could check around to make sure, just rudely said no no one has turned in a ring and then ended the call. It was horrible from beginning to end. When I got there Friday at 1:00 pm, they could not find my reservation through Expedia. They eventually found it and tried to tax on a early entrance fee. When done at the desk, they indicated that their "key machine" was down and it remained down most of the weekend. It meant anytime I wanted to get in my room, I had to find a staff person to let me in. It was a "residence Inn" but no plates or utencils. No safe as well. the staff was very curt. Very disappointed in the hotel. The room smelled of Indian food even after leaving the window open to air out, sink dripped non-stop into metal sink, hair on the blankets and sheets. Ended up not spending the night
