Not Good not Worth the Price First of all the staff person was young and unprofessional with zero knowledge of hospitality. Second of all the room had no hot water. It took another hour to relocate to another room which the AC conditioner had a strong bad odor.

Horrible Front Desk Staff We checked in at 12am and the front desk person (Lawrence) acted like I was bothering him. He had my credit card for a long time. I informed him that I had already paid through expedia and he said he knew that. When I get to the room I checked my bank account and he charged me again. The room had a bad odor and the floor was dirty. Upon checking out I spoke with Megan at the FD and informed her that my card was charged. She stated she was aware and that it was refunded. Hairy Room Room was not clean. Dog hair everywhere. Dusty furniture. Carpet needs to be cleaned. Had to buy cleaning products to clean. Even after we asked to have room cleaned there was dog hair everywhere. Disgusting!

The worst place ever I've never complained about any hotel , but this hotel shouldn't be on your webpage not promote for it. I made a reservation via your site for 2 rooms , we arrived to the hotel with my 2 brothers who are in their 40s , I asked for 2 beds bedroom for my brothers , but the receptionist told us that he didn't have 2 beds , he has only one bed and he (Might) be able to provide rolling-bed, we were tired after 10 hours driving , we took the room, he got us rolling-bed and left it at the elevator's door with ... read more

It's not clean The elevator doesn't go to fourth floor. It stands on the third floor only. There is no breakfast. Just coffee and cookies.

Not so nice It was cheaper than ither gotels in the area, but you get what you pay for. Ceilings and walls are thin- i could hear the dreaser drawers opening and closing in the room above me. Room was cold - heat off when i walked in and took hour to warm up.
