Disgusting! My girlfriends and I decided to head out a day early for our weekend of Black Friday shopping, but the hotel we booked originally was full. So we decided this place would be alright for one night. What a huge mistake that was. My friends and I are not smokers. And in Michigan, the law changed back in MAY for all the rooms to be some-free. Apparently, at this hotel all that required was changing the sign on the door. The room stunk of old stale smoke. Average There was food on the floor under the bed and a lot of debris/dust. The room over my room was very noisy. My room was next to an entrance and very noisy.

Extended Stay America - Madison Heights MI Brittany was ever so helpful & pleasant & then I went to my room. Dirty dishes in the sink & the TV remote was held together with tape. An electrical fixture right over the bed area is open & exposed. I was in town for a family event so I had to stay but it was not the most pleasant stay I have ever had

FILTHY! FILTHY! Garbage cans in stairwells were overflowing with trash that smelled like it had been there for weeks!! Housekeeping in rooms was not very thorough.

Extended Stay America, Madison Hts, MI What a disappointment. I arrived at the hotel at 11:15 pm after entertaining clients. I booked the room because of location and convenience plus a great price. I was not told that there may not be anybody working after 6PM! I do not understand how this hotel stays in business. Especially when no employees were on call to answer any calls not even redirected to an on call service. Finally an employee came out of a back room and took care of us. Convenient Location, low rates. The hotel was conveniently location for my travel purpose and the rates where low. But the room was not what I booked and it could have been cleaner. We found food wrappers and dirty socks under the bed. Staff was friendly but often outside having a smoke.

Worst hotel I've ever been to I travel for work, in an average year I stay spend 200 nights in hotels. And this was by far the worst hotel I have ever seen. Dirty, filthy, and poor service. It's less than 1/2 the price of the neighboring hotels. This is the kind of hotel that is too dirty for cockroaches to stay at. The maid service doesn't clean the rooms everyday. so sometimes you're left with the towels from the day before. And then there's never anyone at the front desk to request new towels from. poor dirty rooms rooms were dirty and bed was very uncomfortable; would never stay here again!
