Very old and disgusting. The staff was helpful and very nice but the hotel was simply disgusting! On the second floor not only were there deep, dark stains in front of each and every door from where the garbage bags were set out by room service but there were long dark stains from where the bags were dragged out. The furniture was extremely old and most of it was badly scratched and/or damaged. It was just old, run down and nothing like it is advertised. keep looking.... We stayed here overnight when our basement flooded - promised a king bed by hotels.com rep. Queen bed - too small for us. Room was spartan - not even a spoon in the drawer. No coffee pot. Half roll of toilet paper. Checked out as soon as we had grabbed a shower. Never again!

Run-down apartment Hotel was filthy, terrible carpet stains in the hallway and room. Stayed multiple days and housekeeping never came in to clean the room. Bugs everywhere.

Rooms were not available at the time of arrival We booked the rooms 2 weeks in advance, and when we got there, our rooms were not available. We had to wait for 1.5 hours to get them ironed out. Fortunately, the receptionist was very calm & helpful in resolving this issue. Our room was supposed to be smoke-free, but it smelled like cigarettes. We had to open the window to let it air out. The bathtub clogs up during a shower, and one of the room's phone doesn't work. There was no shampoo nor hair blower unless you ask for one.... read more

Poor condition. Dirty The room we reserved was given to someone else so we were "updraded" to a suite. Thankfully we didn't need the kitchen because there were crumbs in the drawers and lettuce or something stuck to the outside of the microwave. Tub had hairs in it. Several peices of furniture were de-laminated. Remote for TV didn't work. I didn't see any insects but the poor condition of the room made me imagine the worst so I didn't sleep well. Breakfast was just pre-packaged muffins, granola bars etc.

Ok Needs updating took 20 min to check in. Breakfast was ok . Carpet was dirty.
